Creator Monitoring campaigns follow a specific list of creators and capture their content as they publish — brand-related or not. Use this type when you want everything a known roster posts, or when you have no UGC sources connected. To capture brand content from your connected sources instead, create a Brand Monitoring campaign.
Creating the Campaign
On the Campaigns page, find the Creator Monitoring section and click Add Campaign to open the New Creator Monitoring Campaign window. Then:
Enter a Campaign name.
Set the Post Date. The Start Date is pre-filled to today. The End Date is required (up to 365 days from the start date).
Creators: Creator Monitoring uses a specific list of creators — you add them after creating the campaign (see Adding Creators to a Campaign).
Under Tracking Settings, choose Any or All and enter #hashtags / @mentions to narrow which of your creators' posts are tracked. Leave it empty to track every post those creators publish.
(Optional) Under Content Conditions, click Filter to add an AI Filter (e.g. Sentiment) so only posts matching that condition appear in the campaign.
Click Create.
📋 Note: When you add a creator, Archive pulls in their past content going back to the campaign's start date (Instagram and TikTok), so you can start a campaign with a past start date and still capture the full window.
How Tracking and Filtering Work
Creator Monitoring follows the creators you add — their posts are what Archive captures, so there's no Source condition. Two optional controls narrow what appears:
Tracking Settings (hashtags / mentions) — narrows which of a creator's posts are captured. Like the Brand Monitoring filter, this is a filter, not a source: it doesn't make Archive track that hashtag or mention across your workspace, it only funnels down what you capture from these creators. Leave it empty to capture every post they publish.
Content Conditions (AI Filter) — keeps only posts that match a condition such as Sentiment or Archive Content Type. Which filters appear depends on the AI Filters enabled and configured on your account (for example, Sentiment requires Sentiment Analysis).
For example, add your own connected @handle in Tracking Settings to keep only the posts where a creator tags your brand, or add a specific hashtag to keep only posts that use it. Neither adds new creators or sources.
⚠️ Detect all content: if you leave Tracking Settings empty, clicking Create asks you to confirm Detect all content? — Archive will capture every post your creators publish in the date range, including posts unrelated to your brand, and everything captured counts toward your monthly UGC limit. Add hashtags or mentions in Tracking Settings to narrow this.
Next Steps
