By default, our system does not automatically capture or save content published by your own brand accounts. This ensures that metrics and content collections remain focused on authentic user-generated content (UGC).

While we don't automatically capture your brand's content, you have full control to add it by request. You can explicitly request the inclusion of specific brand content by shooting us an email. We accommodate requests from all of our customers despite the difference in pricing plans.
