Archive automatically detects and saves user-generated content from Instagram and TikTok. The way we save each content type varies slightly to keep your library as relevant as possible; here’s what you need to know:

  • Instagram Stories: If your brand account is @mentioned in an Instagram Story, we’ll save that Story to your library. Saved Stories will remain available in your library even after they disappear from Instagram.

  • Instagram Feed Posts: We’ll save single images, videos, and carousels when your brand account is tagged with an @mention on the post itself (but not when you’re tagged in the caption or in the comments section). Feed Posts that use #hashtags you’re tracking anywhere (including in captions and comments) will also be saved to your library.

  • Instagram Reels: We’ll save Reels when your brand account is tagged with an @mention on the post itself (but not when you’re tagged in the caption or in the comments section). Reels that use #hashtags you’re tracking anywhere (including in captions and comments) will also be saved to your library.

  • TikTok Videos: If your brand account is @mentioned in a TikTok video, we’ll save that video to your library. We can’t track #hashtags on TikTok, so even if your brand is @mentioned in a video that also uses a #hashtag, we won’t be able to save it to your library.
