Archive automatically detects user-generated content from Instagram and TikTok. The way we detect each content type varies slightly to keep your library as relevant as possible; here’s what you need to know:

  • Instagram Stories: If your brand account is @mentioned in an Instagram Story, we’ll display stories for 24 hours.

  • Instagram Feed Posts: We’ll detect single images, videos, and carousels when your brand account is tagged with an @mention on the post itself, or in the caption. Feed Posts that use #hashtags you’re tracking anywhere (including in captions and comments) will also be shown to your library.

  • Instagram Reels: We’ll detect Reels when your brand account is tagged with an @mention on the post itself (but not when you’re tagged in the caption or in the comments section).

  • TikTok Videos: If your brand account is @mentioned or includes a hashtag you're tracking in a TikTok video, we’ll be able to detect them.
