Archive allows you to export your content data into CSV format for further analysis or reporting. There are multiple ways to export your data depending on your needs.


Exporting CSV from Content View

The Content View export provides a comprehensive dataset of all your collected user-generated content.

  1. Navigate to your Social Listening tab

  2. Click on the three dots (...) in the upper right corner of the Content View

  3. Select "Export CSV" from the dropdown menu

  4. Wait for our system to prepare the file for you

  5. Click "Download" when the file is ready

Columns Included in Content View Export

The CSV file from Content View includes the following columns:

  • Post Type: The format of the social media post.

    • Reel - Instagram Reels (short-form video content)

    • Story - Instagram or Facebook Stories (24-hour temporary content)

    • Feed - Traditional Instagram feed posts

    • TikTok - TikTok video posts

    • YouTube - YouTube videos and shorts

  • Content Type: The media format of the post.

    • Video - Moving visual content (Reels, Stories, TikToks)

    • Image - Static photos or graphics

  • Views and IG Stories est. Views: The number of times the content has been viewed. For Instagram Stories, this is an estimated view count based on the creator's follower count and typical engagement rates.

  • Likes: The total number of likes the post has received.

  • Comments: The number of comments on the post.

  • Shares: The number of times the content has been shared.

  • EMV (Earned Media Value): The estimated monetary value of the post based on engagement, reach, and creator influence.

  • Social Profile: The username or handle of the content creator.

  • Platform: The social media platform where the content was posted:

    • Instagram - Content from Instagram (Feed, Stories, Reels)

    • TikTok - Content from TikTok

    • Internal - Content uploaded directly to Archive

  • Followers: The number of followers the creator has at the time of capture.

  • Verified: Whether the creator has a verified account (True/False).

  • Original Post: The direct URL link to the original social media post. May be empty for Stories or expired content.

  • Caption: The full text caption of the original post. Empty for posts without a caption (e.g. some Stories).

  • Public Link: Archive's shareable link to content that people outside Archive can view.

  • Created At: The date when the content was originally posted (YYYY-MM-DD format).

  • Created At (ISO8601): The exact timestamp of when Archive first saved or ingested the UGC, in ISO8601 format.

  • Creator Labels: Custom tags or labels you've applied to creators in Archive.

  • Links: Any links associated with the content, such as product URLs or landing pages attached to the post.

  • Sentiment: The AI-detected sentiment of the content. Possible values: Positive, Neutral, or Negative. Available on accounts with Sentiment Analysis enabled.

  • Post Summary: An AI-generated summary of the content based on audio transcription. Available for video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube videos, video Stories) on accounts with Post Summaries enabled. Image-only posts will not have a summary.

  • Collections: The names of any Collections the content has been added to, separated by commas. Empty if the content is not in any Collection.

  • Reasoning columns: Each AI-generated field (Links, Sentiment, Post Summary) includes a companion Reasoning column that explains why that value was assigned. These columns appear automatically when the corresponding AI field is enabled on your account.


Exporting CSV from Saved Content Views

The Saved Content Views export allows you to download filtered content data based on custom views you've created.

  1. From your Social Listening page (Content tab), go to your Views section and choose the view you want to download

  2. Click on the three dots (...) and choose Download as CSV from the list

  3. Wait for our system to prepare the file for you

  4. Click "Download" when the file is ready

Columns Included in Saved Content Views Export

The CSV file from Saved Content Views includes the following columns:

  • Post Type: Type of post (Feed post, Story, Reel, etc.).

  • Content Type: Format of the content (Image, Video, Carousel, etc.).

  • Views and IG Stories est. Views: Combined view count including estimated Story views.

  • Likes: Number of likes on the content.

  • Comments: Number of comments on the content.

  • Shares: Number of shares/reposts.

  • EMV: Earned Media Value in local currency.

  • Social Profile: Creator's username or handle.

  • Platform: Social media platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

  • Followers: Number of followers for the account.

  • Verified: Whether the account is verified (True/False).

  • Original Post: URL to the original post.

  • Caption: The full text caption of the original post. Empty for posts without a caption.

  • Public Link: Publicly accessible URL to the content.

  • Created At: Date when we first saved or ingested the UGC.

  • Created At (ISO8601): This timestamp indicates when we first saved or ingested the UGC in ISO8601 format, including the time.

  • Creator Labels: Labels or tags assigned to creators.

  • Links: URLs associated with the content.

  • Sentiment: AI-detected sentiment of the content (Positive, Neutral, or Negative).

  • Post Summary: AI-generated summary of the content based on audio transcription.

  • Collections: Names of Collections the content belongs to.

  • Reasoning columns: AI-generated fields like Sentiment and Post Summary include a companion Reasoning column explaining the assigned value. These appear automatically when the corresponding AI field is enabled.


Exporting CSV from the Social Profiles Page

The Social Profiles export provides detailed information about all the creators and influencers connected to your brand.

  1. Go to your Social Profiles page

  2. Click on the three dots (...) in the upper right corner

  3. Select "Export CSV" from the dropdown menu

  4. Wait for our system to prepare the file for you

  5. Click "Download" when the file is ready

Columns Included in Social Profiles Export

The CSV file from Social Profiles includes the following columns:

  • Social Profile - Creator's username or handle

  • Platform - Social media platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

  • Tags - Custom tags associated with the profile

  • Followers - Number of followers for the account

  • Last Post - Date of the most recent post

  • Posts Total - Total number of posts across all platforms

  • IG Posts - Number of Instagram feed posts

  • IG Reels - Number of Instagram reels

  • IG Stories - Number of Instagram stories

  • TT Videos - Number of TikTok videos

  • YT Videos - Number of YouTube videos

  • YT Shorts - Number of YouTube shorts

  • Verified - Whether the account is verified (True/False)

  • Platform Link - Direct URL to the social profile

  • Total Views and IG Stories est. Views - Combined view count

  • Likes total - Total number of likes across all content

  • Comments total - Total number of comments across all content

  • Shares total - Total number of shares across all content

  • EMV total - This measures the value of engagement on all content. EMV is a relative metric that reports performance based on factors like engagement type, post type, and audience size.

  • Last Pulled At - Date when data was last updated

  • Tracking Until - Date until which the profile will be tracked


Exporting CSV from the Creators Page

Export comprehensive creator data, including contact details, demographics, and social media profiles from your Social Listening database for external management and outreach purposes.

  1. Go to your Creators page from Social Listening and access your complete creator database.

  2. Click on the three dots (...) in the upper right corner

  3. Choose "Export CSV" to initiate the download process for your creator data.

  4. Wait for our system to prepare the file for you as the comprehensive export is generated.

  5. Click "Download" when the file is ready to save it to your device.

Columns Included in Creators Export

The CSV file from Creators includes the following columns:

  • Full Name - The complete name of the creator as stored in your database

  • Labels - Any labels or tags you've assigned to categorize the creator

  • Gender - The creator's gender information (when available)

  • Age - The creator's age range or demographic category (when available)

  • Emails - Contact email addresses for direct outreach

  • Phone Numbers - Contact phone numbers for the creator (when available)

  • Location - The creator's geographic location or city

  • Address - More detailed address information (when available)

  • IG Handle - The creator's Instagram username/handle

  • IG Follower Count - Number of followers on Instagram

  • IG URL - Direct link to the creator's Instagram profile

  • TT Handle - The creator's TikTok username/handle

  • TT Follower Count - Number of followers on TikTok

  • TT URL - Direct link to the creator's TikTok profile


Exporting CSV from Campaigns

The Campaigns export provides a summarized view of campaign performance in a single CSV, combining aggregated metrics and any computed custom attributes configured for your workspace.

  1. Go to your Campaigns page.

  2. Click Export CSV from the campaign template options.

  3. The export runs in the background โ€” you will receive a notification when it is ready.

  4. Open Operations History and find the download under the "Export Campaigns" entry type.

Columns Included in Campaigns Export

  • Name - The campaign name

  • Status - Current campaign status (Upcoming, Active, or Completed)

  • Posted - Number of creators who have posted content

  • Posts - Total number of content pieces in the campaign

  • Potential Reach - Combined follower count of all creators in the campaign

  • Total Followership - Total follower count across all creators

  • Impressions - Total views across all campaign content, including estimated views

  • Engagements - Total interactions (likes, comments, shares) across all content

  • EMV - Total Earned Media Value for the campaign

  • Native Impressions - Platform-reported views for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube content only

  • Native Engagements - Engagements on Reels, TikTok, and YouTube content only

  • Imp. Rate - Impression Rate: total impressions divided by total followership, as a percentage

  • Imp. Distribution - Impression Distribution: total impressions divided by total followership, as a multiplier

  • Eng. Rate - Engagement Rate by Followers: total engagements divided by total followership

  • Eng. Rate by Views - Engagement Rate by Views (ERV): native engagements divided by native impressions

  • Start Date - Campaign start date

  • End Date - Campaign end date

  • Population Status - Whether creators have finished being added to the campaign

Note: Operations Center now includes a dedicated "Export Campaigns" entry type for this export.


Exporting CSV from Campaigns - Creators View

The Campaigns - Creators export provides performance data for creators participating in specific marketing campaigns.

  1. Go to your Campaigns page and choose the desired campaign from the list

  2. You'll be redirected to the Creators tab for that campaign. Click on "Export CSV

  3. Wait for our system to prepare the file for you

  4. Click "Download" when the file is ready

Columns Included in Campaigns - Creators Export

The CSV file from Campaigns - Creators includes the following columns:

  • Full Name - Creator's full name

  • Posts - Number of posts by the creator within the campaign

  • Impressions - Total impressions for the creator's campaign content

  • Engagements - Total content interactions (likes, comments, and shares).

  • Estimated Media Value (EMV) - This measures the value of engagement on content. EMV is a relative metric that reports performance based on factors like engagement type, post type, and audience size.

  • Status - Whether content has been posted or not (posted/not_posted)

  • Reach - Total audience reach for the creator's content

  • Social Profiles - List of connected social accounts with usernames (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)


Exporting CSV from Campaigns - Content View

The Campaigns - Content export provides detailed information about all content pieces associated with a specific marketing campaign.

  1. Go to your Campaigns page and choose the desired campaign from the list

  2. Choose the Content tab from the sidebar. Click on "Export CSV"

  3. Wait for our system to prepare the file for you

  4. Click "Download" when the file is ready

The CSV file from Campaigns - Content includes the following columns:

  • Post Type - Type of post (Feed post, Story, Reel, etc.)

  • Content Type - Format of the content (Image, Video, Carousel, etc.)

Exporting CSV from Creator Search (Vetting List)

The Creator Search export allows you to download information about creators you've labeled for easy organization and outreach.

  1. Go to your Creator Search page

  2. Search for the types of creators you want to export

  3. Select the creators from the results and add a label for them. If you don't have a vetting list yet or want a new one, you can create the label upon adding a vetting list name

  4. Once added to a vetting list, choose the list from your left sidebar

  5. Click on the three dots (...) and choose Export as CSV

  6. Wait for our system to prepare the file for you

  7. Click "Download" when the file is ready

Columns Included in Creator Search Export

The CSV file from Creator Search includes the following columns:

  • Creator Name - The display name or brand name of the creator

  • Social Profile - The creator's username/handle on the platform

  • Platform - The social media platform (e.g., Instagram, TikTok)

  • Gender - The creator's gender (when available)

  • Age - The creator's age range (when available)

  • Location - The creator's geographic location (when available)

  • Followers - Total number of followers on the platform

  • Eng. Rate (%) - The creator's engagement rate as a percentage

  • Avg. Eng. - Average number of engagements per post

  • Avg. Impressions - Average number of impressions per post

  • Estimated Media Value (EMV) - This measures the value of engagement on content. EMV is a relative metric that reports performance based on factors like engagement type, post type, and audience size.

  • Emails - Contact email addresses for outreach purposes

  • Phone Number - The creator's phone number, if available

  • Relationship Status - The current relationship status assigned to the creator in your workspace


Exporting CSV from Competitor Insights

  1. Go to your Competitor Insights page

  2. Scroll down to the chart below

  3. Filter the report depending on what you want (e.g. EMV, Social Profiles, etc.)

  4. Click on the three lines seen inside the chart

  5. Click on Download CSV

Columns Included in Competitor Insights Export

The CSV file from Competitor Insights includes the following columns:

  • DateTime - Data for the specific week

  • You - Your data (depending on which report you have downloaded)

  • Brand 1 - Brand 1's data (depending on which report you have downloaded)

  • Brand 2 - Brand 2's data (depending on which report you have downloaded)

  • Brand 3 - Brand 3's data (depending on which report you have downloaded)

  • Brand 4 - Brand 4's data (depending on which report you have downloaded)

  • Brand 5 - Brand 5's data (depending on which report you have downloaded)


Exporting CSV from Manage Rights

  1. Go to your Manage Rights page

  2. Click on Export CSV

  3. As soon as the download is ready, click on Download

The CSV file from Manage Rights includes the following columns:

  1. Post Type - The type of social media post (e.g., "Story", "Post")

  4. Likes - Number of likes the post received

  5. Comments - Number of comments on the post

  12. Public Link - Link to view the content on Archive's platform

  13. Original Url - Original URL of the post on the social platform

  14. Created At - Date when the post was created

  15. Status - Current status of the content request (e.g., "In Queue")

  16. Scope - Type of permission being requested (e.g., "Usage Rights")

  17. Request message - The message sent to request permission to use the content

  18. Code - Only for spark codes (if you're requesting for spark ads)

  19. Request Date - Date and time when the usage rights request was made

  20. Expiration Date - When the usage rights request expires

  21. Response Date - Date when the creator responded to the request

  22. Creator Portal - Link to the creator portal for managing the usage rights request
