Do you want to ensure the creator you're looking for is the perfect fit for their social analytics? This feature allows you to see the whole picture of a creator's social analytics and determine whether they would be someone you can reach out to for any collaborations or campaigns.

This feature is only available for Custom plan users.


How to View Creator Performance Metrics (Quick Glance)

  1. From your search results, look for the creator you want to see performance information from.

  2. At the bottom of each creator card, you can see an Instagram and TikTok icon (depending on what platforms the creator has). Hover your cursor over the icons to see individual performance metrics for each platform.

  3. When you hover your cursor over the platform icons, you'll see key performance information including:

    • Username - The creator's username

    • Followers - Total follower count for that specific platform

    • Engagement Rate - The creator's average engagement rate as a percentage

    • Average Impressions - The typical number of impressions the creator's content receives

You can also see a highlighted performance just below the displayed content for each creator. This metric would depend on the platform you have added to your search.


How to View the Details Creator Performance Metrics

  1. From your search results, click on the creator's name to open their detailed profile.

  2. Navigate to the Analytics tab to view comprehensive performance data and insights.

Creator Profile Overview

When you open a creator's profile, you'll first see an overview section that includes:

  • Creator's Name and Location - Basic profile information

  • Add to List functionality - Organize creators into your vetting lists

  • Creator Notes field - Add your own notes about the creator for future reference

Social Profile Performance Table

The analytics section displays a comprehensive table showing performance across all connected social platforms:

  • Social Profile - Links to Instagram, TikTok, and other connected accounts

  • Followers - Current follower count for each platform

  • Last Post - Date of the creator's most recent content

  • Total Posts - Number of posts tracked by Archive

  • Engagement Rate (Eng. Rate) - Average engagement percentage

  • EMV (Earned Media Value) - Estimated monetary value of the creator's content

  • Impressions - Average content reach and visibility

  • IG Posts - Instagram-specific post count

  • IG Posts Count - Additional Instagram metrics

Top 10 Mentions Analytics

The Top 10 Mentions section provides valuable insights into brand partnerships and tagging patterns:

Brand Mention Tracking This feature shows which brands the creator mentions most frequently, displayed in a monthly breakdown table. You can see:

  • Monthly Data - Mentions tracked across Jan, Mar, May, Jun, and other months

  • Brand Rankings - Top brands the creator has mentioned or tagged

  • Mention Frequency - Number of times each brand was mentioned per month

  • Trending Patterns - Visual representation of mention patterns over time

Analytics Filtering Options Use the dropdown menu to filter analytics by different metrics:

  • Items Count - Total number of mentions or posts

  • EMV - Sort by estimated media value

  • Impressions - Filter by impression counts

  • Total Engagements - View total engagement numbers

  • Engagement Rate - Sort by engagement percentages
