Our platform introduces a unified approach to managing social media influencers through the Creator entity. This system consolidates all information about a creator, including their various social media accounts, performance metrics, and historical activities. Understanding these three key aspects - identity, analytics, and activity tracking - is crucial for effective influencer relationship management.

Who Are Creators?

A creator represents a single influencer who may have multiple social media accounts across different platforms. For example, if a content creator has accounts on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, they are still counted as one creator in our system. This unified approach helps maintain clear and organized relationships with influencers.

Creator Analytics

Our analytics system provides comprehensive insights into a creator's performance by:

  • Calculating total EMV (Earned Media Value) across all linked social accounts through all of their account UGCs.

  • Calculating EMV for all the tagged content your brand gets from the creators' posts.

  • Tracking engagement metrics from each connected platform

  • Monitoring performance trends over time

  • Providing platform-specific insights and analysis

  • Generating comprehensive reports on creator performance

NOTE: EMV is only available for custom plan users.

Activity Log

The activity log maintains a detailed history of all creator-related actions and changes, including:

  • When social accounts are linked or unlinked from the creator profile

  • Updates to creator information and attributes

  • Addition or removal of labels

  • Campaign associations and changes

  • Interaction history and profile updates
