CSV Import Options in Archive

Archive provides multiple CSV import capabilities to help you efficiently manage and upload various types of content and data. These import options allow you to bulk upload information, saving time and streamlining your workflow.


Content - Uploading UGC Links

Upload user-generated content in bulk using Archive's Import as UGC Link. This feature allows you to import multiple pieces of content at once with their associated metadata.

  1. On your Content page, click on the three dots located at the top right corner of your screen

  2. Click on "Import as..." and choose "CSV file" option

  3. Prepare a CSV file with your UGC links, using "UGC Links" as the column header

  4. Upload your CSV file by dragging and dropping it into the designated area, or click on the area to browse and select your file

  5. Verify your column header selection and click on "Next" to proceed

  6. Review your links for any errors and click on "Import" when you're ready

In your .csv file, you only need a column for UGC links and the UGC links you want to upload to Archive. Format for the column should be "UGC Links".


Social Profiles - Import from File

Import social media profiles in bulk by uploading a CSV file containing profile information. This is useful for adding multiple influencer or customer profiles to your Archive database.

  1. Navigate to your "Social Profiles" page from the main dashboard

  2. Click the "Add & Bulk Label" button located at the top of the page

  3. Click on "Import From File".

  4. Download the sample file and update it to include the Account Type, Username, and Label you want to add to your account.

  5. Once done, click on "Import".

  6. You'll be redirected to the Import page. Here, you can drop the "CSV file" into the space provided.

  7. Once you have successfully uploaded the CSV file, a verification page will appear. This page allows you to re-check all the data you'll add to your account. Just in case you have errors, make sure to fix them. As soon as there are no errors anymore, you can click the "Import" button.

In your .csv file, all you need are columns for Account Type, Username, Labels, and Full Name. Make a copy of the file format here.

Creators - Import from File

Bulk import creator information using a CSV file format. This feature helps you quickly add multiple content creators to your system with their relevant details and contact information.

  1. Navigate to your "Creators" page and click the three-dot menu to select "Import from file"

  2. Select "Download CSV" to obtain the sample format that will guide your data preparation

  3. Clear the sample information and populate the spreadsheet with your creators' details, including names and social handles

  4. Export your completed spreadsheet as a CSV file, then drag and drop it into the designated upload area and select "Next"

  5. During the review process, ensure that relevant fields are mapped adequately while keeping unique identifiers "Unmapped" and "Labels" mapped to their corresponding fields

  6. Review all information for accuracy, then click "Import" to complete the process

Archive Creators CSV Upload - Column Explanation

  • Full Name - Creator's complete name (first and last)

  • Instagram - Instagram username or URL

  • TikTok - TikTok username or URL

  • YouTube - YouTube channel name or handle

  • Labels - Custom tags/categories (e.g., "Micro-Influencer", "Fashion")

  • Gender - Creator's gender identity

  • Email - Primary email address for communication

  • Phone Number - Contact phone number

  • Location - Geographic location (city, state, country)

  • Address - Physical mailing address

  • Notes - Additional information or special details about the creator


Campaigns - Import Creators from CSV

Add creators to specific campaigns by uploading a CSV file. This streamlines the process of assigning multiple creators to campaigns without having to add them individually.

  1. Navigate to your Campaigns page and choose the campaign you want to import creators to

  2. On the Creators tab, click on "Import from file"

  3. Select "Download CSV" to obtain the sample format that will guide your data preparation

  4. Clear the sample information and populate the spreadsheet with your creators' details, including names and social handles

  5. Export your completed spreadsheet as a CSV file, then drag and drop it into the designated upload area and select "Next"

  6. During the review process, ensure that relevant fields are properly mapped while keeping unique identifiers "Unmapped" and "Labels" mapped to their corresponding fields

  7. Review all information for accuracy, then click "Import" to complete the process

Archive Creators CSV Upload - Column Explanation

Campaigns - Import UGC from File

Upload user-generated content directly to campaigns using file import. This allows you to associate multiple pieces of content with specific campaign initiatives efficiently.

  1. Navigate to your Campaigns page in your Archive account.

  2. Select the specific campaign to which you want to add UGC content.

  3. Click on the Content Tab to access content management options.

  4. On the right side of your screen, click on Import UGC and select File from the dropdown options.

  5. If you don't have a properly formatted file yet:

    • Click Download example to get a template

    • Create a copy of the template

    • Add your UGC links to the appropriate columns

    • Save the completed file as a CSV

  6. Once your file is ready, click the Import button.

  7. Drop your prepared CSV file into the designated upload area.

  8. Select the appropriate header configuration and click Next.

  9. Review your links in the preview screen and address any errors flagged by the system.

  10. After confirming everything is correct, click Import to finalize the bulk upload.
