Archive allows you to efficiently import creator information from CSV files and associate multiple social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) with each creator, streamlining your influencer marketing campaign management. This process is also used for merging Social Profiles to a creator.

It is essential to use our template for importing Creators; it must include the specified account typeusernames (handles), and full name columns, along with related information. If you don't use the template, our system will disregard your upload.

When managing creators in Archive, it's crucial to understand the distinction between "importing creators" and "labeling social profiles." Importing creators allows grouping multiple social media profiles under a single creator by including a Full Name, ensuring accurate grouping and efficient data handling. Conversely, labeling social profiles involves targeting specific individual profiles without grouping them under one creator. Additionally, ensure that you are using the correct CSV template for your intended destination. Using an incompatible template, such as the Social Profile Import Template for the Creator Page, can lead to system errors. To ensure smooth imports, always match your CSV template to the required destination format. As an alternative workflow, consider importing profiles first using the Social Profile Template, applying relevant labels, and then creating campaigns targeting creators with these labels.

  3. Clear the sample information and populate the spreadsheet with your creators' details, including names and social handles

  4. Export your completed spreadsheet as a CSV file, then drag and drop it into the designated upload area and select "Next"

  5. During the review process, ensure that relevant fields are properly mapped while keeping unique identifiers "Unmapped" and "Labels" mapped to their corresponding fields

  6. Review all information for accuracy, then click "Import" to complete the process

Troubleshooting Common Issues

If you encounter problems when importing creators from a CSV file, consider the following troubleshooting tips:

  1. Check Template Compatibility: Verify that you’re using the correct template for your intended destination (social profiles, creators, or campaigns).

  2. Include Complete Data: For importing creators, ensure the Full Name column is filled to enable proper grouping of social profiles.

  3. Follow Format Guidelines: Ensure your CSV file adheres to the required column structure and formatting rules.
