There are two ways to add labels to multiple creators at once in Archive: using Import from File (best for large volumes or adding new creators) or using Add & Bulk Label directly in the UI (best for smaller groups).
Option 1: Import from File
Import from File is available in both the Creators and Social Profiles tabs via the three-dot menu. Use it for large volumes or when onboarding new creators with labels already applied.
Click the three-dot menu and select Add & Bulk Label > Import from File, then click Download example to get the template file (with columns for account type, usernames, labels, and full name).
Make a copy of the file and fill in your creators' details, including the Labels column.
Upload the completed CSV and proceed through the field mapping step, mapping each column to its corresponding field.
Review and click Import.
Option 2: Quick Add
For smaller batches, you can add social profiles and apply labels directly in the UI without a file.
Go to the Social Profiles page, click the three-dot menu, and select Add & Bulk Label > Quick Add.
In the drawer that opens ("Add & Label Social Profiles"), enter usernames for Instagram, TikTok, and/or YouTube β in any format (username, @username, or full profile URL).
In the Labels field, search for an existing label or type to create a new one. Labels entered here are applied to all profiles listed above.
Under tracking, select Only Label.
Click Add.
Note: Only Label is intended for creators already in your Archive workspace. If you use Only Label to add a creator who isn't in Archive yet, their content tracking won't be set up β use All Content or Tagged Content instead if you also need to capture their content.
