When uploading CSV files to import data into our system, it’s important to use the correct template depending on whether you’re updating the Creators page or the Social Profiles page. Using the wrong template can cause errors or lead to missing information.
Below you’ll find details on which template to use, along with a breakdown of all the columns each one requires.

⚠️ Using the Social Profiles page also allows you to add these profiles as influencer sources—meaning you can track either specific content or all content from that account. This specific setup cannot be done via CSV upload. To add influencer sources, you’ll need to use the Quick Add method directly in the Social Profiles page.
