Archive provides powerful tools to monitor and organize creators at scale. Whether you're tracking brand ambassadors, influencers, or user-generated content creators, these bulk labeling features help you efficiently manage large numbers of social profiles.
Notes:Β
With this method, you can also create new labels that do not exist yet.
Since we label social profiles with creator labels, our system will detect other accounts associated with the social profiles. For example, if you labeled @archive (IG account), we'll also label @archive (TT account).
If you're trying to add multiple labels, you can separate them with a comma (,).
Bulk Tagging Through Social Profiles Page
The bulk tagging feature allows you to add and label multiple creators simultaneously, saving significant time when managing campaigns or organizing your creator database.

βTypes of monitoring:Only Label - This option allows you to apply labels to social profiles for organizational purposes. The system will continue with its standard capturing process, but you'll be able to categorize the profiles with your custom labels for easier management.
Tagged Content - This option collects content from your monitored profiles when they use specific tracked hashtags or mention particular accounts/brands you're monitoring. This option is particularly valuable because it improves coverage for hashtag content in general, as the default collection method doesn't guarantee complete coverage. Additionally, when used with a non-verified mention source (when a brand can't establish a direct connection), this option can also capture Stories from your list of influencers. You can optionally apply labels to these profiles for better organization, but labeling is not required.
All Content - This comprehensive option collects everything the monitored profiles post regardless of mentions or hashtags. However, it's important to note that this feature is not available to everyone and is not granted by default with any of the current plans. When available, you can optionally apply labels to these profiles, but this labeling step is completely optional.
Set Duration (Optional) Use the "Until (max 60 days)" field to set a time limit for monitoring, with a maximum duration of 60 days
Click the Add button to finalize and apply your selections
