If you've manually added a creator to a Content Capture campaign and noticed that their posts aren't showing up, you're not alone β and there's a straightforward way to get that content into your campaign.
Why does this happen?
Content Capture campaigns can be set up to automatically pull in posts from creators who meet certain criteria, like having a specific label. When a campaign is configured this way, it only looks for content from creators who match those criteria.
If you manually add a creator to the campaign β for example, because you want to track a one-off collaboration β the campaign may not automatically recognize their posts, since they weren't added through the label-based filter.
This means their content won't appear in your campaign dashboard, even though the creator is listed there.
What can I do?
The easiest solution is to add the missing content manually directly to the campaign. This way, you stay in full control of what's included, and the posts will appear in your campaign just like any other captured content.
If you're not sure how to add content manually, here's how:
Open your campaign and navigate to the Content tab.
Click Add Content and search for the posts you'd like to include.
Select the relevant posts and confirm.
That's it β the content will now appear in your campaign and be included in any reporting or analytics.
What about future posts from that creator?
Unfortunately, new posts from manually added creators won't be picked up automatically either, as long as the campaign is using a label filter. We recommend checking in periodically and adding any new relevant posts manually, or reaching out to your account manager to discuss adjusting your campaign setup.
