In Archive, a Creator is a single influencer unified across all their social accounts — if someone has Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, they're still counted as one creator. This keeps their performance, history, and relationship management organized in one place.

Creators show up in two places in Archive: Social Listening and Creator Search. This article covers the Social Listening creator — the creators already in your workspace. Creator Search, for discovering new creators, is a separate surface covered in its own articles (linked below).

Creators in Social Listening

The Creators page (in Social Listening) is your roster of creators already in your workspace — those whose content Archive has captured through your tracked sources, hashtags, mentions, or manual uploads. This is where you manage each creator's unified profile, analytics, and activity history. See What Is the Social Profiles Page? and Monitoring and Labeling Social Profiles.

📋 Looking for new creators? Creator Search is a separate surface for discovering and vetting creators you're not working with yet. See All About Creator Search, Finding New Creators: Quick Search Guide, and Audience Data in Creator Search.

Who Are Creators?

A creator represents a single influencer who may have multiple social media accounts across different platforms. For example, if a content creator has accounts on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, they are still counted as one creator in our system. This unified approach helps maintain clear and organized relationships with influencers.

Content

A creator's profile has three tabs — Content, Analytics, and Activity Log. The Content tab shows every post Archive has captured from that creator — the UGC that matches your brand's tracking. Each post shows its EMV and engagement (views, likes, comments), and offers quick actions like Request Usage Rights and adding a Creator Label.

Creator Analytics

Our analytics system provides comprehensive insights into a creator's performance by:

  • Calculating EMV for all the tagged content your brand gets from the creators' posts.

  • Tracking engagement metrics from each connected platform

  • Monitoring performance trends over time

  • Providing platform-specific insights and analysis

  • Generating comprehensive reports on creator performance

Activity Log

The activity log maintains a detailed history of all creator-related actions and changes, including:

  • When social accounts are linked or unlinked from the creator's profile

  • Updates to creator information and attributes

  • Addition or removal of labels

  • Campaign associations and changes

  • Interaction history and profile updates
