There are a few ways to find a creator or social profile in Archive, depending on what you're looking for and where they live in the platform.

Creators Page

The Creators page is the best place to look for a creator who is already in your workspace. You can search by name or by linked social handle.

By Full Name

  1. Go to the Creators page from the left-side menu.

  2. Click Add Filter and select Full Name.

  3. Type the creator's name and select the correct profile from the results.

By Social Handle

  1. Go to the Creators page from the left-side menu.

  2. Click Add Filter and select Social Profiles.

  3. Type the Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube handle and select the matching profile.

Social Profiles Page

The Social Profiles page is another option when you know the creator's handle. It lists every social profile that has appeared in your workspace, regardless of whether the creator behind it has been promoted to a full Creator record.

  1. Go to the Social Profiles page from the left-side menu.

  2. Click Add Filter and select Social Profile.

  3. Type the handle and select the matching profile from the results.

📋 Tip: If you can't find a creator on the Creators page by handle, try the Social Profiles page — it surfaces every captured social profile, including ones that aren't yet linked to a Creator record.

Creator Search vs. Internal Profiles

Creator Search draws from a public database of social profiles, so it's useful for discovering new creators — but it doesn't include every profile. A creator might not show up there for a few reasons: they don't meet the curation criteria, newer profiles (or ones from certain regions) haven't been indexed yet, or they were added to your workspace directly — Creator Search can't be populated by importing creators. Archive is continually expanding Creator Search coverage.

If you've added a creator to a campaign or your workspace before, they'll appear on your Creators and Social Profiles pages even if they don't show up in Creator Search.

  • Creators:

In short: your internal pages reflect your workspace's history, while Creator Search is a broader — but not exhaustive — external database. To find someone you've worked with before, start on the Creators or Social Profiles page, not Creator Search.
