There are a few different ways to find a creator or social profile in Archive, depending on what you're looking for and where they live in the platform. This guide walks through each option so you can track down the right profile quickly.
Creators Page
The Creators page is the best place to search by name if you're looking for someone who's already in your workspace.
Go to the Creators page from the left-side menu.
Click Add Filter and select Full Name.
Type in the creator's name and select the correct profile from the results.
Social Profiles Page
If you know the creator's social handle but not their full name, the Social Profiles page is the way to go.
Go to the Social Profiles page from the left-side menu.
Click Add Filter and select Social Profile.
Type in the handle and select the matching profile from the results.
Creator Search vs. Internal Profiles
Archive includes a Creator Search feature that pulls from a public database of social profiles. It's useful for discovering new creators, but it doesn't include every profile that exists.
If you've previously added a creator to a campaign or your workspace, they'll show up on your Creators and Social Profiles pages even if they don't appear in Creator Search.
That's expected behavior. Your internal pages reflect your workspace's history, while Creator Search is a broader but not exhaustive external database.
So if you're looking for someone you've worked with before, start with the Creators or Social Profiles page rather than Creator Search.
