There are a few ways to add creators to a campaign — from your Creators page, from Creator Search, or by importing a CSV file. Pick whichever fits how you work; the steps for each are below.

The methods available depend on the campaign type. Adding from the Creators page or Creator Search, and importing from a file, work in all campaign types (Brand Monitoring, Creator Monitoring, and Legacy). Quick Add (pasting handles) is available in Creator Monitoring campaigns only. The steps are otherwise the same — just note that in Creator Monitoring the add-creators controls open in a side panel, while Brand Monitoring and Legacy campaigns use a modal.

How to Quick Add Creators to a Campaign

Available in Creator Monitoring campaigns.

The fastest way to add creators is directly inside the campaign, by pasting their handles:

Open your campaign and click + Add creators.
On the Quick add tab, paste creator handles — Instagram or TikTok usernames — one by one or in bulk.
Click Add to add them to the campaign.

How to Import Creators Directly to a Campaign

Open your campaign and click + Add creators.
On the Import CSV tab, download the CSV template (please make sure you're using the template).
Fill it in with creator names and handles, and export as a CSV.
Drag it into the upload area.

How to Add Specific Creators to Your Campaign Through Your Creators Page

Navigate to your Creators page.
Select the creators you want to add by checking the box next to their names
Click on the Add to Campaign icon at the action bar.
From the dropdown menu, select the specific campaign you want to add these creators to.

How to Add Specific Creators to Your Campaign Through Your Creator Search Page

Navigate to your Creator Search Page to browse through your creator database.
Use the search function to filter creators based on your campaign requirements.
Review the search results and select the creators you want to include by clicking the checkboxes beside their names.
Once you've selected all desired creators, locate the Manage Campaigns icon on the action bar.
Select the specific campaign to which you want to add these creators from the dropdown menu.

How to Import Creators from CSV

You can also import creators directly into a specific campaign using the same CSV wizard: from your Campaigns page, open the campaign, go to the Creators tab, and click Import from file. For the full walkthrough (template, column mapping, and troubleshooting), see Importing Creators.

Note: After you add creators, you can track their performance and manage their content within the campaign.
