Creator attributes let you store and manage information about the creators in your workspace β€” things like contact details, labels, vetting status, and notes. You can update these one at a time from a creator's profile, or all at once by importing a CSV file.

Fields You Can Update

The creator profile panel has two tabs: Profile Info and Notes.

Under Profile Info, you can set or edit the following:

  • Full Name β€” the creator's display name in Archive. Useful for keeping profiles identifiable, especially when a handle doesn't match the person's actual name.

  • Gender β€” used for filtering creators by demographic.

  • Age β€” helps you segment creators by age group for targeting or reporting purposes.

  • Location β€” the creator's geographic location. Useful for filtering by region or market.

  • Emails β€” store one or more contact email addresses for the creator.

  • Phone Numbers β€” store contact phone numbers for direct outreach.

  • Category β€” classify the creator by accout type (e.g. brand, creator, lifestyle, media, etc.).

  • Relationship Status β€” tracks where this creator stands in your relationship with them (e.g. interested, contacted, not a fit, etc.).

  • Vetting Lists β€” add the creator to one or more internal vetting lists to flag them for review or add them to your campaigns.

  • Labels β€” apply tags to organize and filter creators across your workspace.

  • Campaigns β€” view which campaigns the creator is associated with and add them to a new one directly from their profile.

The Notes tab contains a freeform text field for any internal notes about the creator β€” things like past collaboration details, preferences, or anything your team needs to remember.

Updating a Creator's Attributes

To update attributes for a single creator:

  1. Go to the Creators page in your dashboard.

  2. Click on the creator you want to update to open their profile panel.

  3. Under the Profile Info tab, click any field to edit it.

  4. To add or update notes, switch to the Notes tab and type directly in the text field.

Updating Creator Attributes via Multiselect

If you need to apply the same attribute to several creators at once, you can use multiselect instead of editing each profile individually.

  1. Go to the Creators page in your dashboard.

  2. Select the creators you want to update by clicking their profile pictures or checkboxes.

  3. Go to the bulk action bar and click on the Edit Attributes icon.

  4. Once you have your selection, choose the attribute you want to apply:

    • Gender β€” apply a gender classification across all selected creators.

    • Age β€” set an age or age range for the selected creators.

    • Labels β€” apply one or more labels to organize the selected creators.

    • Relationship Status β€” set the type of engagement you're in with the creators.

Bulk Updating Creators via CSV

If you need to update attributes across a large number of creators at once, you can import a CSV file instead.

  1. Go to the Creators page.

  2. Click the three-dot menu in the upper right corner of the screen.

  3. Select Import from File.

  4. If you don't already have the template, click Download Template and open it.

  5. Fill in the template with the attribute updates for each creator you want to modify.

  6. Go back to Archive and click Import, then upload your completed CSV file.

  7. Review the changes in the preview, then click Import to apply them.

πŸ“‹ Note: When importing a CSV, the Notes field is appended to any existing notes rather than overwritten β€” the same way the Labels field works on import.

FAQ

  • Do I need to fill in every column in the CSV template?

No. Only fill in the columns for the fields you want to update. Leave any other columns blank.

  • Where can I see which campaigns a creator is part of?

Open the creator's profile panel and scroll down to the Campaigns section under the Profile Info tab. Each campaign shows its status (Upcoming, Active, or Completed) and whether the creator has posted.
