Archive's Bulk Actions 2.0 provides a redesigned interface for managing multiple creators, content pieces, and campaigns simultaneously. This enhanced system offers improved visibility, streamlined workflows, and selection tools to help you work more efficiently at scale.
Understanding the New Bulk Actions Interface
When you select one or more items, the action bar appears at the bottom of your screen. It shows the number of selected items, a Select all checkbox, an Actions button, and an X to clear your selection.
Click Actions (or press Command+K on Mac / Control+K on Windows) to open a searchable command menu listing every bulk action available in that view. Type to filter the list, or click an action to run it on your selection. Attribute-related actions are grouped under Custom Attributes in the menu. See Quick Actions for more on the command menu.

Social Listening Bulk Actions
Content Management
On the Content page, select posts and click Actions to open the command menu. Available actions:
Add to Campaign - Quickly add multiple content pieces to your campaigns
Delete Items - Remove multiple content pieces at once
Download Items - Bulk download selected content as a zip file
Export CSV - Download a CSV file with data for your selected items. Includes the same columns as the Content View CSV export. See CSV Export Options in Archive for full column details.
Request Usage Rights - Available when selecting UGC from a single social profile (does not support Select All)
Add Collections / Remove Collections (under Custom Attributes) - Add the selected content to Collections, or remove it from them
The Select All feature lets you select every item in your current view with a single action, so you can apply a bulk action to all of them at once.
Creator Management
On the Creators page under Social Listening, select creators and click Actions. Available actions:
Add to Campaign - Add the selected creators to a campaign
Export CSV - Download a CSV file with data for your selected creators. See CSV Export Options in Archive for full column details.
Custom Attributes - Bulk edit creator attributes:
Add Creator Labels / Remove Creator Labels
Set Gender / Remove Gender
Set Age / Remove Age
Set Relationship Status / Remove Relationship Status

Select All Support - Now supports selecting all creators in your current view
đ Note: Requesting usage rights is done from the Content page, not the Creators page â a rights request is always tied to specific content, so you select the posts first. See the Content Management section above.
Creator Modal Bulk Actions
Content Tab
When viewing a creator's profile through the Creator Modal and navigating to the Content tab, you can perform bulk actions on their posts:
Add to Campaign - Add multiple content pieces to your campaigns directly from the creator's profile.
đ Note: The Command Palette (âK) is not supported inside the Creator Modal. Only the bottom action bar is available for bulk actions in this context.
Campaign Bulk Actions
Creator View
When managing creators within campaigns, select creators and click Actions. Available actions:
Remove from Campaign - Remove creators from specific campaigns
Their already-captured content stays in the campaign and keeps counting toward the campaign's metrics
To remove that content as well, delete the posts from the campaign's content view
For TikTok campaigns: If a creator has been outreached or received products, their status cannot be changed
Creators can be re-added to restore their campaign data
Export CSV - Download a CSV file with data for your selected creators in this campaign. See CSV Export Options in Archive for full column details.
Custom Attributes - Bulk edit creator attributes: Add/Remove Creator Labels, Set/Remove Gender, Set/Remove Age, Set/Remove Category, Set/Remove Relationship Status, and Add/Remove Vetting Lists
Select All Functionality - Manage all creators in your current campaign view
Content View
For campaign content management, select posts and click Actions. Available actions:
Remove from campaign - Remove specific content from campaigns
Content will no longer count in the UGC Performance tab or roll-up metrics
Download - Bulk download selected content as a zip file.
Refresh Metrics - Update metrics for the selected campaign content in one action. This action uses credits. See Bulk Refresh Metrics for details.
Export CSV - Download a CSV file with data for your selected campaign content. See CSV Export Options in Archive for full column details.
Request Usage Rights - Send rights requests for the selected content. The command menu shows how many of your selected items are eligible.
Add Collections / Remove Collections (under Custom Attributes) - Add the selected content to Collections, or remove it from them
Select All Support - Manage all content in your current campaign view
Creator Search Bulk Actions
The Creator Search feature offers enhanced bulk capabilities, available both during an active search and from within a Vetting List. Select creators and click Actions. Available actions:
Add to Campaign - Directly add discovered creators to your campaigns
Export as CSV - Download a CSV file with data for your selected creators. See CSV Export Options in Archive for full column details.
Enrich Audience - Bulk enrich the selected creators' audience data. The command menu shows the credit cost for your current selection.
Add Vetting Lists / Remove Vetting Lists (under Custom Attributes) - Build lists of potential creators for review, or remove creators from them
Advanced Select All Options:
Scrolled Content Selection - Select everything you've scrolled through that's been uploaded
Custom Amount Selection - Choose a specific number of creators to action (up to 1000)
