Archive's Quick Actions is a keyboard-first way to take bulk actions on your content and creators. It opens a searchable command menu that makes it obvious what you're doing and what's available — the same menu that opens when you click Actions in the bulk action bar.
Press Command+K (Mac) or Control+K (Windows) whenever you have items selected — or click Actions in the bulk action bar at the bottom of the screen — and a modal pops up with a search bar and a list of actions you can take right then.

What You Can Do
The actions available depend on where you are in the platform:
In Social Listening (the Content view), you can add to a campaign, delete items, download items, export a CSV, request usage rights, and add or remove collections.
In Social Listening (the Creators view), you can add creators to a campaign, export a CSV, and add, set, or remove custom attributes: creator labels, gender, age, relationship status, and vetting lists.
In Campaign Creators, you can remove creators from the campaign, export a CSV, and add, set, or remove custom attributes: creator labels, gender, age, relationship status, and vetting lists.
In Campaign Content, you can remove content from the campaign, download it, refresh its metrics, export a CSV, request usage rights, and add or remove collections.
In Creator Search, you can add creators to a campaign, export as CSV, enrich audience data, and add or remove vetting lists.
In Manage Rights, you can add to a campaign, update the request status, download items, export a CSV, and remove requests.
What to Keep in Mind
You can create a new collection directly from Quick Actions: choose Add Collections, type the name of the collection you want, and click Create: {collection name} in the picker. The new collection is created and the selected items are added to it in one step.
Limitations
Quick Actions has a few known limitations depending on your view:
Select All with certain actions: Request Usage Rights, some Remove actions, and Creator Search enrichment/vetting actions are not available when using "Select all results"—you'll need to select specific records instead.
Campaign Content and Media Decks: After using "Select all", unchecking individual records may not exclude them from bulk actions.
Creator Search: "Select all" is limited to either the currently loaded records or a maximum of 1,000 records.
Legacy-collection workspaces: Add and Remove Collection actions are not available on Campaign Content.
Troubleshooting
If Quick Actions isn't opening, make sure you have content selected first. It only activates when something is bulk-selected in a supported view.
