Archive lets you manage who's in your vetting lists at any time. If you added a creator by mistake or they're no longer relevant, you can remove them one at a time or in bulk.
Removing a Single Creator
Navigate to Creator Search using the left side menu.
Open the vetting list you want to edit by selecting it from the filters.
Find the creator you want to remove.
Click the vetting list tag displayed on the creator's profile.
Click the X that appears next to the list name to remove the creator from that list.
Removing Several Creators at Once
Go to Creator Search, Social Listening â Creators, or Campaign Creators.
Select the creators you want to remove using the checkboxes.
Click Actions in the bulk action bar, or press Command+K (Mac) / Control+K (Windows).
Choose Remove Vetting Lists, then pick the list you want to remove them from.
đ Note: In Creator Search, this action isn't available when you use "Select all results." Select specific creators instead. See Quick Actions for more.
Removing a Creator vs. Deleting a Vetting List
It's important to understand the difference between these two actions:
Removing a creator takes an individual creator out of the list, but keeps the vetting list and all other creators intact.
Deleting a vetting list removes the entire list, but the creators themselves remain in your account and in Creator Search. To learn more, see Deleting a Vetting List.
