When searching for new creators, you can filter out ones you've already worked with or added to your lists. This helps you discover fresh faces instead of seeing the same creators repeatedly.
Important: Understanding Labels vs Vetting Lists
Before you start filtering, here's the difference between the two:
Vetting Lists — shortlists you build in Creator Search to group and track prospects.
Labels — freeform tags for organizing creators and social profiles across Archive. You can filter by them in Creator Search, which is what the options below use.
Three Ways to Filter Out Creators
Option 1: Exclude Specific Labels
Use this when you want to hide creators with certain labels, like "Already Contacted" or "Past Partners".
Navigate to Creator Search using the left tab menu to initiate your search.
Enter your specific creator criteria in the search field. You can include various filters for more precise results.
Click the "Add Filter" button and select the Label option from the available filtering choices.
Change the filter setting from "Contains" to "Does Not Contain" and select the specific labels you wish to exclude from your search results. You'll also need to use the following options if you want to select all from your list.
Tip: Use "is empty" or "is not empty" to select all options at once.
Option 2: Exclude All Labeled Creators
Navigate to Creator Search using the left tab menu to initiate your search.
Input your desired creator specifications, including any relevant search parameters or criteria.
Select "Add Filter" and choose the Labels option from the filtering menu.
Adjust the filter from "Contains" to "is Empty" to exclude all labeled creators from your search results.
Option 3: Exclude Creators from a Vetting List
Navigate to Creator Search using the left tab menu to initiate your search.
Enter your specific creator criteria in the search field. You can include various filters for more precise results.
Click the Add Filter button and select the Vetting List option from the available filtering choices.
Choose from the following filter options to refine your results:
Contains: Show only creators in selected vetting lists
Does Not Contain: Hide creators in selected vetting lists
Is Empty: Show only creators not in any vetting list
Is Not Empty: Show only creators already in at least one vetting list
Some filter options would require you to choose from your current list. Feel free to choose the one that's relevant to what you're looking for
