When searching for new creators, you can filter out ones you've already worked with or added to your lists. This helps you discover fresh faces instead of seeing the same creators repeatedly.
Important: Understanding Labels vs Vetting Lists
Before you start filtering, here's what you need to know:
Vetting Lists (new): Use these in Creator Search to group and shortlist prospects
Creator Labels (legacy): These now only work in Social Listening. In Creator Search, you can still see and filter by labels, but you can't edit them
If you created labels before May 30, 2025: They're still attached to the right creators, but you'll need to use Social Listening to make changes
Three Ways to Filter Out Creators
Option 1: Exclude Specific Labels
Use this when you want to hide creators with certain labels, like "Already Contacted" or "Past Partners".
Access Creator Search through the left navigation tab to begin your filtered search process.
Enter your specific creator criteria in the search field. You can include various filters for more precise results.
Click the "Add Filter" button and select the Label option from the available filtering choices.
Change the filter setting from "Contains" to "Does Not Contain" and select the specific labels you wish to exclude from your search results. You'll also need to use the following options if you want to select all from your list.
Tip: Use "is empty" or "is not empty" to select all options at once.
Option 2: Exclude All Labeled Creators
Navigate to Creator Search using the left tab menu to initiate your search.
Input your desired creator specifications, including any relevant search parameters or criteria.
Select "Add Filter" and choose the Labels option from the filtering menu.
Adjust the filter from "Contains" to "is Empty" to exclude all labeled creators from your search results.
Option 3: Exclude Creators from Vetting Lists
Access Creator Search through the left navigation tab to begin your filtered search process.
Enter your specific creator criteria in the search field. You can include various filters for more precise results.
Click the Add Filter button and select the Vetting List option from the available filtering choices.
Choose from the following filter options to refine your results:
Contains: Show only creators in selected vetting lists
Does Not Contain: Hide creators in selected vetting lists
Is Empty: Show only creators not in any vetting list
Is Not Empty: Show only creators already in at least one vetting list
Some filter options would require you to choose from your current list. Feel free to choose the one that's relevant to what you're looking for
