Archive's Creator Modal gives you a complete view of each creator who interacts with your brand. This feature helps you manage relationships, track content, and analyze creator performance all in one place.
Accessing the Creator Modal
When you open a creator's modal, you'll see a detailed profile with everything you need to know about that creator and their relationship with your brand.
Profile Information
The creator modal includes editable profile attributes that help you organize and understand your creator community:
Relationship Status: Track where you are in your partnership journey with each creator
Full Name: The creator's complete name for reference
Labels: Add custom tags to categorize creators (e.g., "ambassador", "micro-influencer", "VIP")
Gender & Age: Demographic information for audience analysis
Contact Information: Store email addresses and phone numbers for easy outreach
Location: See where your creators are based
Normalized Location: Standardized location data for better reporting
Vetting List: Vetting list where the creator is included to
Category: Group creators by type or niche
You can edit these attributes directly from the profile to keep your creator database organized and up to date.
Notes
You can add any notes about the creator in the Notes section, depending on your use case.
Brand Interaction Tab
In the top right corner of the modal, you'll find the Brand Interaction section. This is your default view when opening a creator's profile and includes three key areas:
Content: View all content your brand has been tagged in by this creator. This gives you a complete history of every post, story, or video where the creator mentioned your brand.
Analytics: See the creator's overall performance metrics for their work with your brand, including their broader analytics across platforms, giving you insight into their total reach and engagement potential.
Activity Log: See all attribute updates made to this creator's profile by your team members across your workspace. This log shows you what changes have been made and by whom, helping you track how creator information has been updated over time.
Creator Profile Tab
Click on the Creator Profile tab to get a broader view of the creator's overall presence across platforms. This section goes beyond just their interactions with your brand.
Content Preview: View all the creator's content across Instagram and TikTok, not just posts where they tagged your brand. This gives you a complete picture of their content style, posting frequency, and what they typically create.
Analytics: See the creator's full performance metrics across all their content. These analytics show their total reach, engagement, and performance - not limited to just their work with your brand. This helps you understand their true influence and whether they'd be a good fit for partnerships or campaigns.
Audience: Shows you the creator's audience demographics like gender, age, and location to refine your targeting.
