Once a Brand Monitoring or Creator Monitoring campaign is up and running, use this article for day-to-day tasks β viewing and filtering creators and content, sorting and exporting reports, refreshing metrics, and editing or deleting the campaign. For an overview of campaign types and how to create one, see Getting Started with Campaigns. To add creators to a campaign, see Adding Creators to a Campaign.
Where Your Content Lives
All captured content lives in Social Listening β that's the main feed of everything Archive has collected across your account. Campaigns work as filtered views on top of that: they show only the content that matches that campaign's specific rules.
Checking the List of Creators in Your Campaign
Navigate to the Campaigns section.
Click on the campaign you want to review.
You'll land on the creator list for that campaign automatically.
Filtering Creators in a Campaign
Open your campaign and go to the creator list.
Click Add Filter.
Select the Creator Name from the dropdown.
Choose operator type and input your search term.
Available operators:
Is β exact match only
Is Not β excludes exact matches
Starts With β matches creators whose name begins with your text
Ends With β matches creators whose name ends with your text
Contains (default) β matches creators whose name includes your text
Does Not Contain β excludes creators whose name includes your text
Is Empty β shows creators with no name on file
Is Not Empty β shows creators that have a name on file
The search is not case-sensitive.
π Note: The Creator name filter is not available on the public link version of a campaign report.
Filtering Creators in a Campaign (Social Profiles)
Open your campaign and go to the creator list.
Click Add Filter.
Select the Social Profiles from the dropdown.
Type in the handle of the creator and choose it from the list.
The search is not case-sensitive.
π Note: This filter only shows creators who are already in this campaign β it won't surface every social profile in your workspace, even if they've mentioned your brand or used a connected source.
π Note: The Social Profiles filter is not available on the public link version of a campaign report.

π Note: Generating a public link shares the entire campaign.
π Note: Recipients of the public link can export the report to CSV themselves, from the Content and/or Creators tab. Exports are capped at 10,000 rows, the same limit as other Archive exports. If the campaign is larger, they see a prompt to narrow it down before exporting.
Exporting Campaign Reports as PDF
Open your campaign and click Reports in the left navigation panel.
Click the options dropdown (...) in the upper right.
Select Export as PDF.
The file downloads using the campaign name as the filename.
