Archive gives you powerful ways to organize and find exactly the content you need. With our filtering system, you can narrow down your content library by dozens of criteria to surface the perfect posts for your campaigns.

How to Access Filters

You'll find the filtering options at the top of your content library:

  1. Click on Add Filter in the toolbar

  2. A dropdown menu will appear with all available filter categories

Sorting Your Content

Along with filters, you can also sort your entire content library using the Sort by dropdown. This lets you arrange content by date, engagement, virality, and other metrics to quickly find what you're looking for.

Tips for Effective Filtering

  • Start broad and then add filters to narrow down results

  • Save time by combining multiple filters together

  • Use date ranges to find seasonal or campaign-specific content

  • Filter by engagement to quickly identify your top performers

  • Combine creator location and product filters to find regional product-specific content

FAQ

If I have UGCs with a specific hashtag, but the hashtag was added as a source only after the video was captured, will filtering by Source and selecting that hashtag still include the video in the results? Or will it only apply to content captured after the source was added?

  • No, the video won't appear in the results when filtering by Source because the hashtag wasn’t a source at the time it was captured. However, you can still find the video by using the Tags filter, which will include it in the results.
