Labels can be added to and removed from creators directly from the Creators page. Renaming, merging, and deleting labels require support assistance for now, as those actions are not yet available natively in the platform.
Adding Labels
Navigate to the Creators page in your dashboard.
Select the creator you want to label.
Click the Set Label field next to their profile.
Either select an existing label from the dropdown, or type a new label name and click Create: {label name} to create it on the spot.
Removing Labels
Navigate to the Creators page in your dashboard.
Locate and select the creator.
Click the label you want to remove from their profile to deselect it.
📋 Note: Removing a label from a creator does not delete the label from your account. It remains available to apply to other creators.
Editing a Label Name
Renaming a label is not available as a direct action in the platform. The closest equivalent is a manual reassignment:
Create a new label with the name you want.
Apply the new label to all creators that currently carry the old label.
Remove the old label from those creators.
Contact support to have the old label deleted from your account once it is no longer in use (see Deleting a Label below).
You can also do this in bulk by uploading a CSV file that contains all creators that has the old label and the new renamed label you want. As soon as the file has been uploaded, you can contact support to delete the label for you.
📋 Note: If the goal is to merge two labels into one, follow the same process: pick the label name you want to keep, apply it to all creators currently carrying either label, then request deletion of the one you want to remove.
Deleting a Label
Deleting a label from your account is not available directly in the platform. To request a label deletion, reach out to the support team via the chat icon in the lower-right corner of the Archive app.
Navigate to your Archive workspace and locate the exact name of the label you want to delete. Copy it carefully — the name must match exactly when you contact support.
Find your Workspace ID by going to Settings (accessible from the bottom-left corner of the app). Your Workspace ID is displayed at the bottom of the Settings panel.
Reach out to the Archive support team using our Live Chat: Open the chat widget from within your Archive workspace.
In your message, include the following details so support can process your request quickly:
Your Workspace ID
The exact name of the label you want deleted
Once support receives this information, they will delete the label from your workspace and confirm when it's been completed.
⚠️ Caution: Deleting a label removes it from every creator and social profile it has been applied to. This cannot be undone.
FAQ
Are labels shared across the platform or scoped to a specific feature?
Labels applied on the Creators page are available across Creator Search and Social Listening, including Content View and the Social Profiles page.
Can a creator have more than one label?
Yes. There is no limit on how many labels can be applied to a single creator.
If I remove a label from a creator, does it affect their linked social profiles?
Yes. Creator-level labels are inherited by all linked social profiles. Removing a label from a creator removes it from all of their profiles as well.
Do label changes take effect immediately?
Yes. Adding or removing a label updates immediately across the platform.
