Archive's labeling system helps you organize and categorize your user-generated content efficiently. Labels allow you to tag creators, track campaigns, and filter content based on your specific needs. This guide will walk you through the process of adding labels directly from your Content view.
â ď¸ Important: Even though you apply the label from the Content view, the label attaches to the creator / social profile, not to the individual asset. Filtering by that label will show every post from that creator. To tag a single asset independently of the rest of the creator's content, use a Collection instead â the Collection name serves as the per-asset tag.
How to Add Labels to Content
Adding labels to your content is a straightforward process that can be done directly from the Content view. Here's how:
Open your Archive dashboard and click on the Content tab from the main navigation menu. This will display all your collected user-generated content across different social profiles.
Under the selected social profile's content, locate the "+ Creator Label" button. Click it once to activate the field and type to search, or click it again to open your full list of labels.
Search or Select Labels
For quick access: Click the button once and type the label name to search for it instantly
Browse all labels: Click twice to see your complete list of available labels
Select multiple labels: You can add as many labels as needed to properly categorize your content
