Labels help you organize creators and social profiles in Archive. If the label you need doesn't exist yet, you can create one from the Content page, the Social Profiles page, or the Creators page.

You can also create labels when you upload Social Profiles to your account. See Monitoring and Labeling Social Profiles.

Creating Labels Through Content Page

Find the "Creator Label" option located below the Media Card of your content.
Type a new label name in the input field you want to create.
Select "Create: [your label name]" to generate the new label.

Navigate to your Social Profiles page to access profile management.
Look for Set Creator Labels in the Creator Labels column.
Type a new label name in the input field you want to create.
Select "Create: [your label name]" to generate the new label.

Look for Set Creator Labels in the Creator Labels column.
Type a new label name in the input field you want to create.
Select "Create: [your label name]" to generate the new label.

📋 Note: Once created, labels can be used across your account to tag and organize content, making it easier to manage and find specific content pieces later. Consider using descriptive and consistent naming conventions for your labels to maintain an organized system.

Labeling Many Creators at Once

Creators already in Archive: on the Creators page, select the creators, open Actions in the bulk action bar and choose Add Creator Labels under Custom Attributes. See Updating Creator Attributes.
New creators: click the three-dot menu, select Add creators, then use Quick add with Label these creators ticked, or Import CSV with a Labels column for larger lists. See How Do I Bulk Add Labels to Creators?
