Archive gives you tools to organize creators at scale â labelling brand ambassadors, influencers, and UGC creators in bulk so large lists stay manageable.
đ Notes:
With this method, you can also create new labels that do not exist yet.
A label is applied to the creator, so it appears on all of the creator's linked accounts (for example, their Instagram and TikTok).
If you're trying to add multiple labels, you can separate them with a comma (,).
Adding and Labeling Creators
You can add and label creators from either the Creators page or the Social Profiles page. On either one, click the three-dot menu and select Add creators, then pick a tab:
Quick add â paste Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube handles straight into the drawer. Best for smaller groups.
Import CSV â upload a file for larger lists. Each page has its own template, and a template only works on the page it came from (see How to Use the Correct Template for Creators and Social Profiles).
Tick Label these creators to apply labels to everything in that import. For the full walkthrough of both methods, see How Do I Bulk Add Labels to Creators?
Monitoring Happens in a Campaign
Adding and labelling creators here does not start capturing their content. Content tracking is set up in a Creator Monitoring campaign: add the creators to a campaign, then use the campaignâs Tracking Settings â Any or All, with #hashtags or @mentions â to narrow which of their posts are captured. Leave Tracking Settings empty and Archive captures every post they publish.
đĄ Tip: to see how a profile is currently tracked, scroll the Social Profiles table sideways to the Content column. It shows All Content or Tagged Content, and you can sort by it to group them.
How Often Monitored Profiles Are Checked
Archive captures a monitored profile's content through several paths that run in parallel, so how fast a post appears depends on how it's caught:
Connected-account mentions and Stories â if the account is connected to Archive and the post mentions you (Stories included), it arrives through a real-time notification, usually within minutes.
Tracked hashtags and mentions â content matching a tracked hashtag or mention is picked up by a frequent search, roughly every few hours.
Profile monitoring â as a catch-all, Archive also scans each monitored profile directly on a recurring schedule, at most about every 12 hours by default. Each scan pulls only posts published since the last check.
So the ~12-hour figure is the at-latest bound for content that only profile monitoring would find. A post already caught by a faster path â a connected-account mention, or a tracked hashtag â appears sooner and doesn't wait for the 12-hour cycle. Exact timing varies by platform and current load.
Filtering by Creator Labels
Once labels are applied, you can filter by them with the Creator Labels filter â on the Social Profiles page, on the Creators page, and in Content View. See All About Labels for the steps on each.
