Archive makes it easy to manage and organize your connected social profiles by adding labels directly from the Social Profiles page. This method is particularly useful when you want to categorize multiple creators or profiles at once, without needing to navigate through individual content pieces.
Note: This feature is only available for our Pro and Custom Plan users.
Adding Labels to Social Profiles
The Social Profiles page provides a centralized location to manage all your connected accounts and their associated labels. Follow these steps to add labels:
From your Archive dashboard, click on "Social Profiles" in the navigation menu. This will display a list of all your connected social media accounts and creators.
Next to each social profile in your list, you'll find a "Creator Label" button. This button allows you to quickly add or manage labels for that specific profile.
Click on the "Creator Label" button for the profile you want to label. You have two options:
Select an existing label: Choose from your previously created labels in the dropdown menu
Create a new label: Type a new label name directly into the field and press Enter to create it instantly
Add multiple labels: Continue adding as many labels as needed to properly categorize each profile
