Yes, you can connect multiple Instagram and TikTok accounts to Archive! However, the number of accounts you can connect depends on your current subscription plan. We have made it possible for any customer on the Startup, Growth, and Enterprise plans. Each connected Instagram or TikTok account counts as one source. Startup plans support up to 3 sources, Growth plans up to 10 sources, and Enterprise plans up to 25 sources. This feature allows you to:
Manage multiple brand accounts from one dashboard
Track UGC across different product lines or regions
Consolidate content from various brand channels.
💡 Note: If you are on a legacy plan, check the Sources tab in Settings to see your current source limit, or contact your CSM for more information.
Adding Additional Social Media Accounts
Follow these simple steps to connect additional Instagram or TikTok accounts to your Archive dashboard:
Hover over your left tab menu
Choose Settings from the list
It will redirect you to the Sources tab
From the Sources tab, click on Add Source
Click on the type of Source you want to add to your account
Follow the steps provided to add the type of source you have chosen from the list
