To start detecting content from your TikTok brand mentions, you must connect Archive with your TikTok account. Follow the instructions below for a smooth onboarding.
Please notice that the TikTok connection is only available on the following plans:

From your Archive App, click on the Hamburger icon and choose Settings from the list:
Go to your Sources tab, click on Add Source, and then select TikTok Account.
After you click on TikTok Account, Archive will prompt you to Set Up Reminders.
Due to TikTok's security policies, you'll need to reconnect your TikTok account with Archive every 180 days. To make things easier and prevent automatic disconnection by TikTok, we can send you reminders.
Once you click on Set Up Reminders, a new window will appear where you can enter the email addresses to which we should send the reminders.
Please note that you can add multiple email addresses to receive the reminders. After you have entered all the desired emails, make sure to click on Connect TikTok to proceed.
After clicking on Connect TikTok, a QR code will be displayed for you to scan and connect.
Please follow these steps:
Scan the QR code with your mobile device’s camera.
Confirm the login on your device.
Wait while we redirect you back.
Once the authentication is complete, you will see a message that says “QR code scanned.”
That's it! You are all set and your TikTok account is connected!
