To start detecting content from your Instagram brand mentions, you must log in to Facebook and connect Archive with your Instagram account and Facebook page. Follow the instructions below for a smooth onboarding.
From this page, click on the “Connect with Instagram” button:
Click “Continue as (Your Name)” or switch to the Facebook Account with Access to your business's Facebook Page:
Then, select your Instagram Professional Account and only that one:
Select the Facebook Page connected to your Instagram Professional Account, and only that one:
Please allow all the permissions. Disabling some of the permissions will result in your Stories not being detected.
