Filters are a powerful way to search for specific content in your library based on several variables.

Let’s look at the filter options available:

  • Social Profiles: View all the assets in your library that were posted by a specific Social Profile (or Social Profiles);

  • Collections: View all the assets in your library that are related or unrelated to a Collection;

  • Content Type: View all the assets in your library that are either videos or still images;

  • Engagement: View all assets in your library according to the selected engagement range, taking into consideration views, likes, comments, and shares;

  • Followers: View all the assets in your library posted by Social Profiles whose follower count falls within a given range;

  • Post Type: View all the assets in your library that share a specific type, like Instagram Feed Posts, Stories, Reels, or TikTok videos;

  • Label: View all the assets in your library that share labels attached to either individual assets or specific Social Profiles;

  • Shoppable Products: View all the assets in your library linked to the selected shoppable product (or products);

  • Source: View all the assets in your library detected from a specific source, like Instagram @mentions, TikTok @mentions, or the Instagram or TikTok #hashtags you’re tracking;

  • Post Date: View all the assets posted within a given date range;

  • Verification: View all the assets in your library created by Social Profiles with or without verified user accounts;

  • Platform: View all the assets based on the platform Archive captured the content from;

  • Usage Rights: View all the assets in your library for which Usage Rights have been Pending, Approved, or Rejected;

Please note that the availability of certain filters may vary depending on your chosen plan. If you need access to additional filters, upgrading your plan may be necessary. If you want to upgrade to a Custom plan, please schedule a meeting with our Sales team.
