π Available on: Available on all plans. The Social Profiles page is available on Startup, Growth, Enterprise, Agency, Custom and Pro plans.
When you filter by Labels or Collections, you can control exactly how the filter matches your data. Instead of a simple checkbox, these filters let you choose an operator β which determines the logic behind the match.
What each filter targets:
Labels live on creators. A Labels filter narrows your view to creators (and their content) that match the labels you select.
Collections live on content. A Collections filter narrows your view to posts that belong to the collections you select.
Available Operators
Contains Any β returns results where at least one of the selected values is present. Works like an OR. This is the default. Example: select
VIPandActive Campaignto see creators tagged with either label.Contains All β returns results where every selected value is present. Works like an AND. Example: select
VIPandActive Campaignto see only creators tagged with both labels.Does Not Contain β returns results that have none of the selected values. Use it to exclude a specific group. Heads up: results also include items with no labels or collections at all β "not having any" counts as "not containing the selected value".
Is Empty β returns results with no labels (or collections) applied. No value selection needed.
Is Not Empty β returns results with at least one label (or collection) applied, regardless of which one. No value selection needed.
π About Is Empty: This operator matches both items that were explicitly set to no labels/collections and items that were never categorized in the first place. On workspaces with a backlog of un-labelled content or creators, the Is Empty bucket can look surprisingly large.
β οΈ Caution: Each Labels or Collections filter uses one operator at a time, and you can add the same filter only once per view. You can't combine a "contains" and a "does not contain" condition on the same field β for example, creators that contain VIP but do not contain Active Campaign β in a single view. Filters of different types still stack to narrow results.
Where These Operators Apply
Labels can be filtered in:
Social Profiles page β narrow the creator list by label
Creators page β same operators applied to your creator list
Content library β filter posts by the labels on their creator's profile
Social Listening Reports β use Labels as a filter on aggregate reporting
Collections can be filtered in:
Content library β filter posts by the collections they're part of
Social Listening Reports β use Collections as a filter on aggregate reporting
Campaign Content tab β filter the posts inside a campaign by collection
The operator behavior is the same everywhere β what differs is which data the filter narrows.
FAQ
Why don't I see an operator dropdown for other filters?
The operator dropdown only appears for multi-select custom attribute filters like Labels and Collections. Other filter types β dates, numbers, text fields β use their own input format.
Do I need to select values when using "Is Empty" or "Is Not Empty"?
No. Those two operators don't require a value selection β they check whether the field has anything in it, not what the value is.
Does changing the operator on a saved view affect existing data?
No. Saved views that were created before these operators were available continue to work as before. Changing the operator only affects what you see going forward when you update the view.
