Adding and removing filters from your views.

Written by Luiza Diniz

Archive's filtering system helps you quickly find and organize your user-generated content. With multiple filter options available, you can narrow down your content library to show exactly what you need, whether by date, engagement metrics, source platform, or other criteria. For the full list of available filters and how to exclude values, see Filtering and Sorting Content.

How to Apply Filters

Adding filters to your content library view lets you customize your content display based on specific criteria.

  1. Click on Add Filter in the toolbar

  2. A dropdown will appear with all available filter categories, organized into grouped sections to make browsing easier. Use the search field at the top of the dropdown to quickly find a specific filter without scrolling through the full list.

  3. Select the filter you want to apply

  4. Choose your specific criteria

  5. Add additional filters as needed to refine your results

How to Remove Filters

  1. Below the Add Filter button, you’ll see a list of all the filters you have applied to your view.

  2. Remove the filter applied to your view by hovering over the filter and clicking on the X icon beside the filter.
