Filtering Content by Usage Rights

Archive provides powerful filtering options to help you organize and manage your content usage rights requests efficiently. You can easily sort through your requests based on various criteria to find exactly what you need.


Accessing the Filter Options

To start filtering your content requests, follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to your Manage Rights page.

  2. Click on Add Filter.

  3. Choose the filter/s you want to use for organizing your requests.


Available Filter Options

Archive offers several filter types to help you organize your content:

Status Filter

Filter your requests based on their current status:

  • In Queue - Requests that are pending and haven't been processed yet

  • Requested - Content where usage rights have been requested from the creator

  • Approved - Content where the creator has granted usage rights

Scope Filter

Sort requests by the type of usage rights requested:

  • Usage Rights - Standard usage rights requests for content

  • Partnership Ad Code (Instagram) - Rights for content to be used in partnership advertisements

  • Spark Code (TikTok) - Rights requested through Archive's TikTok Spark Code system

Request Date Filter

View requests based on when they were initiated:

  • Select specific date ranges to see requests from certain periods

  • Useful for tracking recent requests or reviewing historical data

Response Date Filter

Filter by when creators responded to your requests:

  • Helps identify recently approved content

  • Track response times and follow up on pending requests


Using Multiple Filters

You can combine multiple filters to create more specific views:

  • Apply both Status and Date filters to see approved content from a specific timeframe

  • Use Scope and Status together to view all Spark Code requests that are pending

  • Mix and match filters to create custom views that match your workflow
