Filters let you narrow down your creator list so you're only seeing the creators that match specific criteria. You can apply one filter or stack several at once.
Adding a Filter
Go to your Creators page.
Click the Add Filter button near the top of the page.
Select a filter from the dropdown. The available filters are listed below.
Set your criteria and apply.
You can add multiple filters at the same time β they stack to narrow your results further. Filters can be saved as part of a View, just like any other Archive filter.

Campaign Filter
The Campaign filter narrows results to creators (or content) linked to one or more selected campaigns. It is available across Social Listening (Content, Social Profiles, Creators) and Reports.
How It Works
Multi-select with search β open the Campaign filter, use the Findβ¦ search bar to locate a campaign by name, and select one or more campaigns from the checkbox list.
Multi-select behaves as OR β when more than one campaign is selected, results include items linked to any of them.
Clear the selection using the trash icon next to the filter.
Save the filter as part of a View β Campaign filter selections persist when saved with a View, the same way other filters do.
Current Limitations
The Campaign filter currently supports only the is operator. Operators like contains, does not contain, is empty, and is not empty are not yet available. Broader operator support is a potential future improvement but is not currently planned.
Linked Campaign Records in Creator and UGC Modals
When you open a creator's profile or a single UGC item, the modal displays the campaign records that creator or piece of content is linked to. This makes it easier to see at a glance which campaigns a creator is participating in without leaving the modal.
Creator Modal β shows linked campaign name, campaign status (active, planned, or completed), and the creator's posting status within that campaign (posted or not posted). You can also add and remove campaigns through this modal.
UGC Modal β shows linked campaign name and campaign status (active, planned, or completed). Posting status is not shown here because a UGC item being in a campaign already implies it has been posted. You can also add and remove campaigns through this modal.
Common Questions
Can I apply more than one filter at a time?
Yes. Filters stack, so you can combine them to narrow results further β for example, filtering by Location and then by Labels to find creators in a specific city who are tagged a certain way.
How do I remove a filter?
Click the X next to an active filter to remove it individually, or clear all filters at once using the reset option.
Why can't I filter by Linked Accounts or EMV Total?
Filtering is not currently available for the Linked Accounts and EMV Total columns.
Why does the Campaign filter only support "is"?
Richer operators (contains, does not contain, is empty, etc.) are not yet available for the Campaign filter. They are a potential future improvement but are not currently planned.
If I select two campaigns in the Campaign filter, does it match creators in both, or in either?
Either. Multi-select on the Campaign filter behaves as OR β results include creators linked to any of the selected campaigns.
Why doesn't the UGC Modal show posting status for the linked campaign?
If a UGC item is linked to a campaign, it is by definition already posted β so a posting status would always read "posted." It is intentionally omitted from the UGC Modal but is shown in the Creator Modal, where posting status varies per creator.
What do the label filter operators mean?
When filtering by Labels, you can choose how the filter is applied:
Contains Any β returns creators who have at least one of the selected labels.
Contains All β returns only creators who have every selected label applied.
Does Not Contain β returns creators who have none of the selected labels.
Is Empty β returns creators with no labels applied.
Is Not Empty β returns creators who have at least one label, regardless of which one.
