Follow these steps to add brands to your Competitor's Insights feature.
NOTE:
This process is only available to customers with access to this feature; otherwise, our system won't process your request.
You can change competitors you're tracking on a monthly basis.
If you want to remove a competitor from your list, please reach out to our support team.
You can also submit the form including only the brands you want to keep — any brand not included will be removed.

Access this tally form link, and you will see the following:
Enter your Archive-registered email address and indicate if you have multiple Archive workspaces.
* If you have multiple workspaces, provide the specific workspace ID where you want to add brands. If not, proceed to the next step.

Open your Archive Workspace
Look at the left sidebar menu
Click Settings
In the pop-up window, locate your Shop ID in the bottom left corner
2. Fill out the form with the following details (you can request up to 15 brands, but first, check your plan limit):
Brand name
Instagram handle
TikTok handle
Instagram hashtags
TikTok hashtags
Note: Submitting the form replaces your full list of tracked brands with whatever you enter. The system doesn't know which brand to remove if you submit a shorter list, so to keep some brands and add or swap others, you need to re-enter all the brands you want tracked — the ones you're keeping plus the new ones. For example, if you currently track 5 brands and want to replace 1 with a new one, enter all 5 entries (the 4 you're keeping + the new one). Order doesn't matter. You can submit up to 15 brands per form, within your plan's limit.
