Do you have to spend time adding content to a collection page? No need to worry! We have just launched a feature improvement that allows you to add all content under a filtered view to a Collection.
Archive allows you to add all content under a filtered view to a Collection in bulk, saving you time when organizing large amounts of content.
1. Add filters to your Content view based on your needs.
2. Select one piece of content from the filtered view.
3. Click Select All to select all content matching your current filters.
4. Click Edit Attributes in the action bar and choose Set Collections.
5. Select the Collection to which you want to add the content.
When working with a large number of items, the bulk operation may take some time to complete. You can track its progress in the Operations Center.
