đ Pricing Update (2026): Archive has moved to a credit-based pricing model with three core plans: Startup, Growth, and Enterprise. For agencies, the current plan is Agency 2026: a 50,000 pooled UGC cap shared across the agency. Agency 2026 Unlimited is kept for agencies that exceed the 50K UGC cap â it has no UGC limit. For current pricing, go to your Plans and Billing section.
đł Note: Unlocking content or upgrading your plan is handled by your Customer Success Manager (CSM) â Support does not have billing access and can't process plan changes.
Common Questions
What does UGC stand for, and how is it counted?
UGC stands for user-generated content. It refers to any contentâsuch as videos, photos, blog posts, reviews, and moreâcreated and posted by users on online platforms rather than by brands or companies. In the Archive context, UGCs can be from Instagram (Feed posts, Reels, and Stories) and TikTok (videos).
The count trigger occurs when we pull the content and upload it to your workspace â UGC is counted against the month it enters Archive, not the month it was originally posted. Each piece of content counts as one UGC. If you request a historical pull (for example, by setting a past start date on a Brand or Creator Monitoring campaign, or by turning on detection when adding Social Profiles), the pulled content is added now and charged to the current month's UGC limit.
How can I determine which plan is best for me?
If you are on a current 2026 plan, Archive offers three core plans based on a credit-based model:
For our Startup Plan: 21,000 credits/month, 500 UGC/month, and API and MCP server access.
For our Growth Plan: 105,000 credits/month, 2,500 UGC/month, and API and MCP server access.
For our Enterprise Plan: 420,000 credits/month, 10,000 UGC/month, and API and MCP server access.
For agencies managing multiple brands, our Agency 2026 plan includes 105,000 credits/month, 2 seats, 10 workspaces/brands, a 50,000 pooled UGC cap across all workspaces combined, and API and MCP server access, with seat and brand add-ons available.
For agencies managing multiple brands, our Agency 2026 Unlimited plan includes 105,000 credits/month, 2 seats, 10 workspaces/brands, an unlimited UGC cap across all workspaces combined, and API and MCP server access, with Seat and Brand add-ons available.
For a full breakdown of what consumes credits and how much each action costs, see Understanding Your Archive Credits & Billing.
The following plan descriptions apply to legacy subscribers only:

What's the difference between Agency 2026 and Agency 2026 Unlimited?
Both run on the same credit system, with the same monthly credits, seats, and workspace allowance. The only difference is the UGC cap.
Agency 2026 is the current agency plan. It has a 50,000 pooled UGC cap shared across all workspaces in the agency, runs on the new credit system with 105,000 pooled credits per month usable across credit-based actions (Deep Research, API, AI Filters, etc.) in any workspace, includes 2 seats and 10 workspaces/brands, and supports Seat and Brand add-ons. Full API access and MCP server access are included. Credits and UGC are separate allowances tracked across all workspaces; credits reset monthly, while UGC resets at the start of your billing cycle. The credit usage CSV export is scoped to the current workspace â to see totals across the full agency, export each workspace individually and combine the files.
Agency 2026 Unlimited is now a legacy agency plan. It has no UGC limit, which makes it suitable for agencies whose volume exceeds the 50K cap, but it also runs on the new credit system with 105,000 pooled credits per month usable across credit-based actions (Deep Research, API, AI Filters, etc.) in any workspace, includes 2 seats and 10 workspaces/brands, and supports seat and brand add-ons.
What happens if I reach my UGC limit?
You won't lose UGC if you reach your limit. If you are on a current 2026 plan, we'll save every piece of UGC, but hidden content will be stored for one month. To raise your capacity, you have two options:
Upgrade your plan â contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM).
Purchase a UGC add-on pack â the added allowance is applied to the current month and the two months before it, unlocking items oldest-ingested first until each month's allowance is met.
If you want to unlock features on a higher plan tier, contact Sales.
For legacy subscribers: We'll save every piece of UGC, and you'll have 30 days to upgrade your plan to unlock the additional content.
If I remove a source, will the content previously collected from it still be counted as UGC?
Yes, the count trigger is when we pull the content and upload it to your workspace. Removing a source will only make the related content disappear from your view, but we may already have pulled them for you.
The only exception is during your onboarding phase, when we will collect a limited number of UGC items, which will not count toward your monthly UGC tally. Will historical content count as UGC?
Yes, once historical content is requested, it will count as UGC since we also need to pull this content. The only difference is that it involves older content. What happened with the Social Profiles limitation?
Our new plans will no longer consider the number of social profiles you have. Instead, we're focusing on the amount of User Generated Content (UGC) we collect for you. Previously, under our old pricing system, each social profile counted towards your limit, regardless of how little content they posted. Now, we will use the volume of UGC as the basis for our pricing.
What will happen with my old plan if I don't subscribe to one of the new plans?
If you choose not to subscribe to one of our new plans, nothing will change with your current plan. However, it's important to note that Archive continually evolves, and we frequently release new features and improvements. By staying on your legacy plan, you won't have access to these new features and enhancements.
Can I delete content to decrease my UGC usage?
No, this won't restore your UGC usage for the current month. Deleting content does not change the fact that it has already been pulled by Archive, and pulling content triggers our UGC count.
If I store content on a Collection page, would it still appear once I reach the UGC limit?
Yes, the content we've already pulled for you will remain in your workspace.
What happens if I don't hit the number of UGC based on my plan? Would the count be cumulative?
Nothing happens if you don't hit the number of UGC based on your plan. The count is not cumulative. What's the difference between the Pro plan and the Custom plan?
