Hidden content is retained for approximately two months after it was captured (until the first day of the month two months after capture). During this period, you can upgrade your plan to unlock it. After that, hidden content is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Hidden content does not automatically become visible when a new month starts — it can only be unlocked by upgrading.
To unlock content from the previous month, you’ll need to upgrade your plan. Reach out to your Customer Success Manager, or contact us via Intercom chat or at [email protected], and we’ll help you upgrade your account as soon as possible.
