The multi-asset download feature is designed to streamline your content management workflow within Archive. As your content library grows with user-generated material from across social platforms, efficient asset management becomes increasingly important.
Downloading Multiple Selected Content
Hover over an asset in your content feed
Click the checkbox that appears in the top left corner
Repeat the process for other assets you want to download
Click Actions in the bulk action bar that appears, then choose Download Items
Archive shows Preparing your download while it packages your files
When it changes to Download ready, click Download
đ NOTE: The notification after the confirmation might not show all your assets for download. Please check your email to see the download links.
The number of files downloaded can be higher than the number of items you selected â a carousel post counts as one item in your library but downloads each of its images or videos.
YouTube videos can't be downloaded. If you only select YouTube videos, Download Items is disabled.

Click Actions in the bulk action bar, then choose Download Items

Need Data Instead of Files?
If you want to export metadata and metrics for your selected content (rather than the media files themselves), you can also use Export CSV from the same bulk action bar. Select your items, click Actions, then choose Export CSV to download a spreadsheet with post data, engagement metrics, and more.
