Downloading content multiple content in bulk

The multi-asset download feature is designed to streamline your content management workflow within Archive. As your content library grows with user-generated material from across social platforms, efficient asset management becomes increasingly important


Downloading Multiple Selected Content

  1. Hover over an asset in your content feed

  2. Click the checkbox that appears in the top left corner

  3. Repeat the process for other assets you want to download

  4. Click the Download icon on the action bar that appears

  5. Wait for the confirmation message

  6. Click "Download" to confirm your selection

NOTE: The notification after the confirmation might not show all your assets for download. Please check your email to see the download links.

About file formats:

  • When users upload .webp files, they're converted to .jpeg for "stories" (likely Instagram/TikTok stories)

  • Everything else remains in its original format


Downloading All Content

  1. Hover over an asset in your content feed

  2. Click the checkbox that appears in the top left corner

  3. From the bulk action bar, click enable Select all

  4. Click the Download icon on the action bar that appears

  5. Wait for the confirmation message

  6. Click "Download" to confirm your selection

NOTE: The notification after the confirmation might not show all your assets for download. Please check your email to see the download links. If the selection is more than the limit, it will generate multiple notifications with download buttons.

About file formats:

  • When users upload .webp files, they're converted to .jpeg for "stories" (likely Instagram/TikTok stories)

  • Everything else remains in its original format


Need data instead of files?

If you want to export metadata and metrics for your selected content (rather than the media files themselves), you can also use Export CSV from the same bulk action bar. Select your items, then click Export CSV to download a spreadsheet with post data, engagement metrics, and more.
