Archive is a powerful platform that helps you collect, organize, and leverage user-generated content from various social media platforms Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. As your content library grows, you may need to manage your assets by removing outdated or unnecessary content.

Archive provides two efficient methods for managing your asset library, one of which is removing unwanted content.

Method 1: Delete Individual Assets

If you need to remove just one asset at a time:

  1. Locate the asset you want to delete in your library

  2. Click on the [...] menu (three dots) for that asset

  3. Select Delete from library

Method 2: Batch Delete Multiple Assets

To remove several assets simultaneously:

  1. Hover over an asset and click the checkbox in the top left corner

  2. Continue selecting all assets you wish to remove

  3. Click the Delete button on the multi-select bar at the bottom of your screen

  4. All selected assets will be removed immediately

Notes:

  • Using the Select All button won't work for deleting content in bulk. If you need to delete a lot of content, please contact the Archive support team for assistance.

    • Live chat: Located in the bottom right corner of your screen when using Archive

  • Deleted content cannot be restored directly from the user interface.

If you or a team member accidentally deleted content you need to recover, please contact the Archive support team for assistance.
