While we're sorry to see you go, we understand there may be situations where you need to delete your Archive account. To ensure your data is properly removed from our systems and to protect your privacy, we've established a secure account deletion process.

Please note that if you are under a contract or have an active subscription with us, you must first reach out to our Success team to process the cancellation. Once your plan is canceled, support can step in and permanently delete your account.
When you delete your account, please note that:
All your content, collections, and account data will be permanently removed
Any active subscriptions will be canceled
You'll lose access to your UGC content library, analytics, and other Archive features
This action cannot be undone once it is processed
To initiate the account deletion process:
Option 1: Use our chat feature (bottom right of your screen in Archive)
Select "Update my Archive Plan"
You'll need your Workspace ID (found in Settings, bottom-left corner)
Option 2: Email [email protected] directly
Our Success team will follow up with you soon once they receive your request.
Note: If you're experiencing issues with the platform or have concerns about your subscription, our team would be happy to assist you with alternatives to account deletion.
