Archive's 'Usage Rights' feature lets you request content usage rights directly from Social Profiles within your Content view. Step-by-step Guide
On your Content tab, use the checkboxes to select multiple content items. Ensure that all selected content belongs to the same creator.
Click on the 'Request Usage Rights' button (©) in the action toolbar at your screen's bottom.
Review the request details in the panel that appears on the right side of your screen. Verify the creator's information and number of selected items.
(Optional) Personalize your request message to increase your chances of approval. You can save this as your default template by clicking on "Save as default message."
Review all information and click 'Submit {x} Requests', where x represents the number of items you've selected.
Reminder: Due to Instagram's policies, we can only message the influencer on your behalf if they have sent you a DM in the last 24 hours. Otherwise, your request will be "In Queue," and it will be sent when once you send a dm to the creator or the creator sends you a message. You can always skip the queue, but you'll need to go ahead and send the request manually. Copy the message that includes the link from the same window and paste it into your DM to the influencer.
