If you do not select an Instagram or Facebook account during the connection process, you will encounter this error message. This article can help resolve this issue.


No problem! Here's how to fix it:

  1. Go back to the login page.

  2. Choose the method you prefer for connecting.

  3. After you complete the process, you will be directed to select the Instagram Business Account you want to connect to Archive.

4. After selecting the Instagram Business Account you want to connect to Archive, select the Facebook page associated with your Instagram Account.

5. Click Next, and you're done!

You should now be able to see content pre-loading in your content feed. https://app.archive.com/all-content
