When you get an error message sayin "Facebook is glitching! Please wait 10 minutes and try to connect your account again. If that doesn’t work, send us an email; our support team will sort it out." it's most likely there are some prerequisites missed before connecting and permissions missed during the connecting.
To solve this, before connecting or reconnecting your account to Archive, you must ensure to check the following:
Connect your Instagram account to a new or existing Facebook page via app
Go to your profile and tap Edit profile.
Select Page - Connect or Create.
Select Continue.
Click on Login to Facebook.
Select the page you want to connect to your Instagram or create a new Facebook page if you don't already have one.
Click Connect.
Alternatively, you can check via desktop to see if your Instagram account is already connected to a Facebook page.
Check if your Instagram account is connected to your Facebook page via desktop
Log in to Facebook.
After accessing your Facebook page, and go to Settings & privacy.
Scroll down the lateral menu and click on Linked accounts.
Choose Instagram and click on View.
If your Instagram is connected to this page, you will see it there.
If you don't find your Instagram page in there, you can also connect it via desktop.
Connect your Instagram account to an existing Facebook page via desktop
From here, click on Connect account.
Confirm it by clicking on Connect.
Confirm that you allow Facebook to access your messages by clicking on Confirm.
Log in to your Instagram account.
Click on Continue.
Done!
Review and update your Instagram account connection
To review and update your Instagram account connection from your Facebook Page:
Open your Facebook Page.
Select Settings from the left navigation menu.
Select Linked accounts.
Select Instagram.
If you have a connected Instagram account, and its connection needs updating, you will see a notice to Review account connection.
Click on Review connection.
Follow the prompts to review and update your connection. You’ll need to enter your Instagram account password and complete 2-factor authentication if it is set up.
Once you confirm that everything is set, you may retry connecting to your Instagram account again.
