Archive makes it easy to manage the user-generated content (UGC) displayed on your shoppable feeds. Whether you're working with individual assets or managing multiple pieces of content at once, these tools help you curate the perfect collection for your store.
How Collections Work with Shoppable Feeds?
Your shoppable feed widgets are built from collections. When you add or remove assets from a collection, those changes directly affect what appears on your shoppable feed. This article shows you how to manage the assets in your collections, which controls the UGC that displays on your storefront.
Before you add the UGC to your collection, make sure that it's already in your workspace. If not, you can upload them manually by following these steps.
Note: YouTube videos aren't supported on Shoppable Feed widgets.
Adding an Individual Asset to a Collection
Click the Bookmark icon below the asset you want to add to your Collection.
Select your Collection from the list.
Adding Multiple Assets to Your Collection at the Same Time
Hover over any asset and click the checkbox in the top left corner.
Continue selecting the other assets you want to add.
Click Edit Attributes and choose Set Collections from the action bar at the bottom of your screen.
Select the Collection name where you want your assets to appear.
TIP: Our search feature makes it quick to find a specific collection.
Note: You can also add multiple assets to multiple Collections simultaneously by selecting as many Collections as you want from the list.
Removing an Individual Asset from Your Collection
Find the asset you want to remove from the Collection.
Click the Bookmark icon below the asset you want to remove from your Collection.
Select the Collection name from the list.
Note: The asset will no longer appear in that Collection, but will still appear in your library.
Removing Multiple Assets from a Collection
Choose the Collection where the asset is added to from the left side bar.
Select all the assets you want to remove from the Collection.
Click Edit Attributes and choose Set Collections from the action bar at the bottom of your screen.
Select the Collection name where you want your assets to appear.
Refresh your browser.
