FAQ
What counts as a view and content play in your stats?
A view is counted as a website visit, while a content play is recorded when a user clicks on the widget.
Is a view only counted when the widget comes into the viewport? In our case, since it's below the fold, is a view only counted when a user scrolls down and views it? i.e., not just every page load?
When tracking views, the system counts them whenever users open the website, regardless of whether they scroll down to see the widget in the viewport. This means that all page loads are counted as views, even if the widget remains below the fold and unseen.
Is a content play a click on one of the pieces of carousel content that brings up the player?
Each time a user clicks on a piece of carousel content that launches the player, it is counted as a separate content play in the statistics.
