Q: Do you know if I can still use my existing feeds?
A: No, existing feeds are no longer available. The Shoppable Feed feature is now fully deprecated as of March 1st, 2026. If you still see the Shoppable UGC Feeds section in your account, please note that it is no longer functional.
Subscription Questions
Q: What happens to my subscription?
A: If you have an active subscription, you will not be charged for the subsequent two billing cycles.
Q: Will I be charged after deprecation?
A: No, you will not be charged after the feature is fully deprecated.
Technical Questions
Q: How do I remove the widget from my Shopify website?
A: Open your Shopify Editor, select the page containing the widget, click Apps on the left-hand side, select UGC Feed, and click the trashcan icon.
