Make your Shoppable widgets more interactive by linking products directly to your user-generated content. This makes it easier for customers to find and buy the products they see in your UGC.

Reminders:

  • Your website needs to be live. If your site isn't publicly accessible, Archive won't be able to detect your products.

  • Create your Shoppable UGC Feed first. You'll need an existing feed to see the product list and link items.

  • Install the feed on your product pages. If you want to use the feed on product detail pages (PDPs), make sure it's installed on all relevant PDP templates.

Linking Products from the Shoppable UGC Feeds Page

This is the most straightforward way to link products to your content through the Shoppable UGC Feeds page.

  1. Navigate to the Shoppable UGC Feeds page and select your feed by clicking on the Feed Name.

  2. Browse through your UGC content and click on the card you want to make shoppable.

  3. Toggle on Make a Card Shoppable.

  4. In the Products section, click +Add product and choose the product you want to link from the dropdown list.

  5. Click Save to finalize your changes.

Linking Products from the Collection Page

You can also link products directly from your Collections view.

  1. Go to your Collections page and select the collection you want to work with.

  2. Find the media card you want to make shoppable and click +Add product below it.

  3. Select the product from the list that appears.

Note: Make sure your collection page is linked to a Shoppable UGC Feed. If it's not connected yet, you'll need to create one first.

Linking Products from the Content Page

For a content-focused workflow, you can link products right from your Content page.

  1. From your Content page, locate the media card you want to link products to.

  2. Click +Add product below the card and select your product from the list.

Note: The UGC needs to be added to a collection that's linked to a Shoppable UGC Feed. If it's not already added, you'll need to do that first.
